Ways to use it
- Imli chutney for chaat and samosa
- Sindhi curry, kadhi and bagharay baingan

Kitchen tips
- Add after onions and fry 1–2 minutes until fragrant, before tomatoes or spices.
- Use as a marinade base for chicken tikka, seekh kebab and karahi — 1 tbsp per 500g meat.
- Always use a dry spoon and refrigerate after opening.
